THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
 teaches us how to find and keep our natural alignment both in movement and at rest.  With mindfulness we learn how to move with the spontaneous poise and balance that prevents injury, relieves pain, promotes healing, and allows us to perform difficult tasks with ease.  The principles of this work underlie all healthy activity of both body and mind.

VOICE TRAINING embraces all aspects of the art of singing: vocal technique, musicianship, performance skills, acting, and more.  The human voice is a truly remarkable instrument, capable of a great range of sound and sound qualities. Learning how to take care of it, how to sing without strain, and how to communicate feelings through music, all this is part of training the voice.

EXPLORING CONSCIOUSNESS fosters new insights and heightened awareness.  It asks questions; What is the chi or life force that energizes physical form? How do I work with it?  What is the nature of mind? Who am "I" really?  This is an adventure in opening wider our hearts and minds.  Healing happens as we come to be more and more simply and consciously present, in the body, in all the circumstances of our lives.
